Preparation of the projects and feasibility studies for two five star hotels in Alma Ata/ Kazakhistan and Bishkek / Krghzistan; preparation of the projects and feasibility studies for many touristic investments in different areas of Turkey; preparation of the projects of commercial centres and preparation and execution of some private residencies.

Worked at Garanti Tourism Investment Corporation and built a five star resort hotel named Grand Azur (cost US $ 50 Million). Preparation of the whole project and fesaibility report, execution and decoration of the hotel were carried out. Besides that, explotation of the investment and poviding full capacity working of the investment in accord with the feasibility report.

Worked as a head who was in charge of Research, Planning and Coordination of the infrastructures and transportation ( public bus, metro, tramway, seabus, minibus and all other traffic system establishment), preparation of the agreements of International Tender Ducumentation.Worked as a Head of Projects Departments, planning of investments, Bosphorus Tunnel, yacht harbors, five star resort hotels and tourism investments; besides that worked as a consultant for preparation of project and tender documentation and agreement of industrial areas and housing ( for 250 000 population).

Worked as a planning expert and head of reorganization of downtown; coordination of pedesterian areas, public transportations, parking areas and other infrastuctural supplies was carried out.
